The market is always changing and now that we are switching to full blown buyers market, people will get very picky. J&J company will design different price options for you depending on your homes need.
All of our fees will be paid through our escrow paid program with no upfront fees. The only fees paid will be those from the work performed on the initial estimate , along with any subsidized repairs added after we start if approved by the owners. This way, you can get top dollar for selling your home.
